How do I submit a project for funding consideration?

Requests should be made in May, before the annual budget is approved for the year (in September).

How do I submit a reimbursement request?

Please keep in mind that the reimbursement should be for items that have been previously approved by the Executive Board, and part of the approved annual budget.

How do I submit fundraising opportunities for consideration?

The Croft PTA Executive Board, in collaboration with school administrators, selects the fundraising projects we intend to participate in before the school year begins. While you are welcome to submit information for our consideration, please know that we will not add fundraising programs during a school year.

Are my donations tax-deductible?

Yes! Any donation (cash or in-kind) is tax-deductible because Croft Community School is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a chapter of the NC PTA.

Is Croft Community School a public school?

Yes. Croft Community School is an elementary school in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Our school name comes from the historic Croft Community, which sits just west of our campus. We serve Pre-K through 5th grade students.
